Along with a guide, a member of our winemaking team will escort guests through our cellars on an immersive, exclusive winemaking tutorial. The winemaker will discuss the aging techniques of white and red wines, the different winemaking methods employed at the Williamsburg Winery and their effects on flavor profiles, and usher guests through a tasting of wines that shows the contrast between wine in the barrel and wine in the bottle. Tour time is approximately 90 minutes to two hours, including wine tasting. Tour guests receive a keepsake tasting glass, and a copy of the book, The Art & Science of Viticulture & Winemaking at the Williamsburg Winery, written by the Winery's founder, Patrick Duffeler, to take home!
